Files needed!
1. Download rooting script for your LG optimus l3 E400 Rom spectrum
2. Now you have to put your cell in debugging mode.
to do this go to Settings>applications>Development and click the USB debugging option is checked.
3. Now open the root spectrum folder that you downloaded.
4. Now open the file "Run.bat"
5. Now click Ok ,then it will take few minutes to root.
6. Your phone will reboot automatically after the rooting is complete.
7. Now check for the application "superuser" in the menu,now your phone is rooted.
8. If you cant find "superuser" then rooting is unsuccessfull.so go through the steps properly.
